Photo + what you want built
Two photos of the space, three measurements, a sentence about what you want: 'a desk under the stairs,' 'a wardrobe for the alcove,' 'a dining table for six in a 3.4 m room.' The studio generates four concepts.
A modern furniture builder is part designer, part carpenter, part logistics company. Knuslabs is being built to handle all three online. Photo in, design out, real-wood furniture at your door at launch. No visits, no quotes, no six-week wait.
Searching for a furniture builder returns a thin list, half of whom are booked out months. The ones that aren't quote thousands just to come and measure for a built-in.
That's not a complaint about craftspeople: they're slow because they're scarce, and they're scarce because the work is genuinely skilled. What we can do is move design and cutting online. The studio generates four options sized to your room, a human cabinetmaker verifies the design, and a CNC mill cuts the panels.
You lose the in-person sketch session. You save the eight-week wait, two visits, and €1,500–€2,500 in labour. The wood and the fit are the same. Free to design today; production opens later in 2026.
Designed for the room you photographed.

Two photos of the space, three measurements, a sentence about what you want: 'a desk under the stairs,' 'a wardrobe for the alcove,' 'a dining table for six in a 3.4 m room.' The studio generates four concepts.
A human cabinetmaker validates the concept for structural fit, hinge clearance, and material specs. You see an indicative quote, a bill of materials, and a target delivery date.
When production opens later in 2026, pre-cut, pre-finished, pre-drilled panels arrive in 14–21 days. Two people, one afternoon. No power tools needed.
Black walnut desk built into the wedge-shaped space under a staircase. Top surface notched around the stringer, two drawers, integrated cable channel.
Hinged-door wardrobe concept for a bedroom alcove of 1.84 m. Hanging rail on the left, drawer tower on the right. Brass pulls, oak grain feature.
Solid walnut dining table sized to leave 60 cm clearance behind each chair in a 3.4 m wide dining room. Steel hairpin base.
Birch ply bookcase wall fitted between two existing walls. Adjustable shelves, lower closed cabinet, integrated LED strips.
Low oak window seat with piano-hinge top and gas struts. Sized to a bay window niche. Soft loose cushion supplied separately.
Slim media unit with lacquered MDF front, oak interior, and concealed cable management. Fits a 1.56 m wall with a 65" TV above.
The studio uses wood-led finish directions so concepts feel concrete. Exact substrates, suppliers, finishes, packaging, and delivery details will be confirmed before any production order opens.
