Snap the meeting room. Tell us how many people you seat and any constraints (a TV wall, a power column, glass walls). The studio generates four table layouts sized to fit.
Office furniture comes in 1.6, 2, or 2.4 m lengths. Your meeting room is 3.7 m. The Knuslabs studio designs modular conference-table concepts with provisional oak, walnut, birch, or lacquered finish directions, sized to your specific room, with built-in cable management. Free to design today; production details follow later in 2026.
Office furniture suppliers sell conference tables in standard lengths. 1.6 m, 2 m, 2.4 m, 3.2 m. Your boardroom is 4.1 m wide and 2.8 m deep. You end up with a 3.2 m table that leaves a metre of awkward dead space, or a 2.4 m table that seats six when you need eight.
Bespoke commercial joinery exists, but it quotes €6,000–€12,000 and needs two site visits. Office logistics teams don't like booking carpenters into their building.
A modular conference table designed online should sit at roughly €1,800–€4,200 depending on size and final production method. Sized to your meeting room. Reconfigurable concepts can plan for future extensions. The studio is free today; production details follow later in 2026.
